1. Provide assistance to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels as required.
2. Deliver prompt, accurate, and high-quality responses to inquiries related to services, payments, quality, and platform issues from Arabic-speaking clients.
3. Gain a comprehensive understanding of services, processes, and the business to successfully upsell and cross-sell relevant offerings.
4. Collect and communicate customer feedback through phone or email when necessary.
5. Translate customer details, instructions, and emails into English with 100% accuracy.
6. Translate client feedback into English and relay important information to the appropriate teams.
7. Collaborate effectively with the delivery and marketing departments within the company.
8. Work with the editing team managers to ensure optimal service delivery to clients.
