Job Description

1. Ensure the highest quality of work for each task, adhering to EY Global review methodology and meeting the expectations of global engagement teams.
2. Develop a basic understanding of various industries and stay informed about technical issues or assurance risks.
3. Carry out and document specific review procedures as directed by the engagement teams.
4. Build expertise in risk management, including understanding critical business processes, regulations applicable to the client, and other client-specific risks.
5. Identify accounting issues promptly, document findings clearly, and discuss them with senior team members or Assistant Managers at GDS.
6. Collaborate with GDS seniors and global teams to define goals and responsibilities.
7. Regularly engage with global teams to foster productive working relationships.
8. Suggest improvements by assessing the efficiency of review procedures across different clients.
9. Foster a positive team environment by maintaining a proactive and optimistic approach to challenges.
10. Uphold EY’s ethical standards, particularly around data confidentiality.
