Job Responsibilities

About the role 

The Trainee Engineer will support digital marketing activities, client coordination, and back office activities across Trainings, Services, Products, and Projects for Pharma & Biopharma clients. 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in presenting technical capabilities to clients.
• Support sales team with tele-calling, follow-ups, and client documentation.
• Prepare PPT presentations & technical materials.
• Participate in client visits and support material delivery.
• Contribute to webinars/workshops—coordination, attendance, follow-up, certificates.
• Help manage social media content, email marketing & digital analytics.
• Support internal teams in handling online courses, client responses & technical queries.
