  • Provide administrative support to insurance underwriters in the USA, UK and Canada following Standard Operating Procedure documents
  • Reaching daily goals as assigned
  • Obtaining and processing information properly and in a timely manner
  • Analyzing, interpreting, and processing information relevant to insurance
  • Inputting relevant data and issuing insurance-related documentation
  • Assist in training new team members
  • Communicate with the insurance underwriters in a written form or via calls on if needed basis
