Job Responsibilities
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sourcing for candidates
- Researching and providing strategic methods for the improvement of the working module
- Job and feed posting on general career websites and other relevant portals
- Develop relationships with universities and colleges for the arrangement of intern programs
- Working proactively with other team members
- Carrying the flow process of recruitment
- Assist with other HR related tasks as needed
- Provide at least 2 hours each day (6 days a week) for the tasks given
