Job description
- Source candidates from multiple channels.
- Define and execute a profile-based research strategy across the US in targeted markets as needed.
- Build and maintain a database of top level IT resources from which we can source candidates.
- Recruit and interview prospective candidates.
- Prepare recruitment materials and job postings to appropriate job boards.
- Present screened and matched candidates for clients for interviews.
